This app guides and supervises patients as they perform physiotherapist prescribed physiotherapy exercises with the help of a caregiver at the comfort of their own home. For maximum benefit, we recommend that you only operate the system after fully understanding its operation and have attended the trainings for use of the system provided by T-Rehab.

Patients are to use the HomeRehab system only after training provided by qualified therapist or T-Rehab Pte Ltd.

Note: The HomeRehab system is intended to perform recording and transmission of rehabilitation exercise data from the patient to the therapist. It does not perform data analysis or diagnosis on its own.
